SISTER whoa you buy a cheese platter at the deli.. not home made... and choose a market that has a large wine section and a sommelier to work with the butcher you would spend a fortune and have left overs going to waste don't forget to bring some special breads or crackers YOU to enjoy with your wine and cheese... Happy Holidays..
