Bound salad

Dessert salads

Dessert salads rarely include leafy greens and are often sweet. I just had a chicken salad at a restaurant & chewed on a piece of raw chicken. Am I gonna be okay?
Q. I had this chicken salad and mixed it all around and was about half way done when I chewed a piece of raw chicken... I didn't swallow it however it was in my mouth and I don't know how much of the eaten salad it had touched. What are my odds of getting Salmonella and is there anything I can do to prevent it?
