How long do oven baked potatoes keep for in the fridge, and is it okay to reheat them?
Q. Hey, I dont like using my oven, it takes too long and uses up energy especially just to bake 1 potato. But I love baked potatoes. Microwave oven potatoes are horrible, so I was wondering if it's safe just to cook 5 potatoes on Sunday, refrigerate them, and reheat them one by one in the microwave over the week. It would just make my life a lot better if this was possible. Plus, how long should I reheat them for so they retain their flavour and are warm enough?

A. You can keep the previously cooked potatoes in your fridge for up to a week. They will be really dry when you re-heat them though. I don't know of any way to get around that, aside from slathering them in butter and sour cream!
